[fabric love]

There's a new kid on the block!
Set up by the lovely folks over at Beach Vintage who's blog I've been following for a bit now.
I've seached through their selection for fabric to cover my big old lampshade...
Nicey Jane Khaki by Heather Bailey

Not only do I love the unconventional colours and think it would go beautifully with the old turned-wood lamp base but it also has a brilliant name!

  2. Hello Miss Jane

I don't know why but I'm loving the first one - I'm not normally a mustard and cocky girl - but I love that one.

I can't wait to see your DIY - take piccy's (oh sorry silly of me - you are the best at that :)

    have a great day

  3. I almost bought that yellow and grey one with the birds yesterday! So funny that I see it on your blog today! I'm redoing my craft room in yellow and grey and buying up all sorts of fabric for wall coverings and pillows for the day bead. Joel Dewberry has an amazing line out now of yellow and grey stuff. Not sure if you can get it over there, but here's a look at it if you're interested! http://www.hawthornethreads.com/fabric/designer/joel_dewberry/aviary_2
    Hope you are well!

  4. Thanks for the link Gretchen, I must check it out!
And Tina, I've never covered a lampshade before but I plan on learning. Hopefully I don't make mess of it.
And thank you Loulou... Can't leave you out! Jx
